Visual Designer

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for conceptualising and developing all graphic visuals, design and concepts to convey a specific message to an audience

User Experience Designer

What you’ll do

  • Provide best practices knowledge in the creative and design field, i.e. Experience Design, Service Design, DesignOps, Usability Testing etc.
  • Take responsibility for the experience design output throughout the full project lifecycle, from strategy through to delivery

Digital Product Manager

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
  • Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA
  • Manage regular check-in meetings with cross-functional team to ensure that development progress is on track, and support team in resolving challenges or obstacles
  • Create well thought-through and documented product requirements and flow charts on UX research and best-in-class practices
  • Lead day-to-day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client support, legal documentation etc.

Software QA Tester / Analyst

( Full-time · Entry to Mid-Senior level · Remote )

What you’ll do

  • Contributes to gathering user feedback and helps development teams ensure changes are meeting user requirements.
  • Assists in the creation of documentation of software and procedures.
  • Participates in development meetings in order to help define requirements and formulate test plans for issues under development and serves as a user advocate inside of the development teams.
  • Monitor and assist team members in the daily operational aspects of the project including reviewing the status and performance against targets, performing root cause analysis of variances, and making improvements to meet the targets
  • Create and design test cases to ensure all end user requirements are met.
  • Identify issues found during the execution of test scripts and work with the development team to reduce issues to simple, reproducible bug reports.
  • Provide relevant reports and information to the Project Team Lead on the status of QA testing, in the form of progress reports, issue and bug tracking.

What we expect from you
  • Experience developing unit, integration and functional tests.
  • At least 2 years experience
  • Experience working closely with software developers to verify functionality is being implemented per specifications.
  • Experience creating test plans and implementing testing protocols (both automated and manual) to ensure software quality, prevent software defects and eliminate regressions.
  • Knowledge of agile software development practices.

This internship offers a great opportunity for you to be a part of our UX projects, and a peek into the inner workings of a Design Studio.

Requirements

  • Able to commit 20-40 hours per week (Please state your availability)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interactions
  • Relevant internship experience in graphic design or a related field (start-up, entrepreneurship, etc.) would be a plus
